Tetrafied!

i wanna wake up kicking and screaming has added a photo to the pool:

haha, sooooo, in the midst of editing a few pictures, I went to the bathroom. what i saw in the mirror there was glorious. my hair, in a fun bun (as per the usual during busy or lazy times), was formed in a cinnamon-roll spiral on top of my head. my bangs were perfect.
My hair unintentionally and strikingly resembled that of Tetra, the sassy pirate from the "Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker" game.
So, i snapped a quick pic of myself with my iPhone and uploaded it onto Flickr. I then proceeded to make the image black and white, and then digitally paint over it. it's kind of a sloppy job, but then again, it's not like I had set up a whole shoot for it in the first place. So i'm happy with it. :D
It usually bothers me when people upload their Instagram or phone pictures to their Flickr accounts (save those for Facebook and Twitter!), but I'll make an exception for this. :P it was just a fun rendering i did for the heck of it. i had to capture the moment!! :) i didn't know a bun like Tetra's was humanly possible to achieve. apparently my hair achieved it on its own. it sure as heck didn't look like that when i initially put it up!
so there you go, now you've got your daily dose of photo randomness. and nerdiness.
